I've been looking for a meal prep service for awhile and I have tried quite a few and all have been just OK, up until I found food4fitness. I randomly came across them in a google search and from their professional Web page to their meal setup and options I decided why not and placed an order. You can highly customise the meals with most having an option of just rice, rice and veges or just veges. I like how the meat is usually kept separate from the veges and rice through a divider. All other services don't seem to have this. The serving sizes are great - you get to choose 250, 350 or 450gm portions. The first time I enjoyed one of these, I was extremely satisfied and the flavour was on point. Actually, all meals I've had have been really good and full of flavour. With its large range of choice, I will continue to buy from here. My only regret is that I ordered from a previous meal box company for my next delivery before trying my f4f order. The picture below is stir fry chicken and cashew nut. Very yum!
Honestly the best meal prep company I have ever gone with. So fresh and tasty, the variety is incredible and I never get bored. My favourites are the gluten free pasta bolognese, butter chicken and pulled beef / pumpkin.
I can not recommend food 4 fitness enough for a meal prep delivery service. Being time poor and a competitor I look for a company that provides fresh foods with taste & I have not gone wrong with the Food4fitness team. My husband said to me last night ‘These meals are glorious - like they come from Olympus itself (we are in the midst of watching Percy Jackson) Delivery was great, the communication leading up to it was better - the choices and variety are amazing. I also don’t react well to other ready meal services as my stomach reacts badly to the preservatives and sauces - but I haven’t had that issue with these meals. They taste super fresh! Thank you Food4fitness crew - you’ve made eating healthy, when time poor, super easy.

I also enjoyed the Korean Sticky Beef, which had a great balance of sweet and savory notes, and the Miso Salmon Salad that felt fresh and light without compromising on taste. Each meal reheated beautifully without losing texture, and the portion sizes are generous enough to keep you satisfied. For anyone looking for wholesome, ready-to-eat meals with plenty of variety, Food4Fitness is a great option.
